GRADUATE SCHOOL ADMISSION

Documentary Requirements:

    1. Filled out application form
    2. 2 pcs Passport size picture (4.5cm x 3.5 cm) of good quality, white background
    3. Original or Certified true copy of Transcript of Records
    4. PSA Birth Certificate (to be submitted only upon admission)
    5. Honorable Dismissal /Certificate of Transfer (to be submitted only upon admission)
    6. Original Marriage Contract (for married female applicant only)
    7. Non-refundable testing fee of Php 250.00

 

Admission Procedure:
    1. Proceed to the Office of the Dean of the respective department where you intend to enroll for evaluation and issuance of the application form.

    2. Submit the filled-out application form and evaluated TOR to the Testing and Admission Office.
    3. Pay the testing fee at the Cashier’s Office.
    4. Present the receipt to the Testing & Admission Office and wait for the issuance of the Admission Test Permit for Graduate School
    5. Take the BatStateU Graduate School Admission Test on the schedule indicated in the test permit
    6. Secure a Notice of Admission at the Testing and Admission Office.

 

COLLEGE OF LAW ADMISSION
Documentary Requirements:
    1. Filled out application form

    2. Submit the evaluated application form to Testing and Admission Office to secure admission test permit
    3. Pay the Testing fee at the Cashier’s Office
    4. Present the receipt to the Testing & Admission Office and wait for the issuance of the Admission Test Permit for Law School
    5. Take the BatStateU Law School Admission Test on the schedule indicated in the test permit
    6. Notification will be received through email or call from the Testing & Admission Office.

 

COLLEGE OF MEDICINE ADMISSION
Documentary Requirements
    1. Two (2) copies of the application form for Doctor of Medicine Program
    2. Photocopies of Diploma and Transcript of Records of taken Bachelor’s degree program, supported by a certificate of class ranking and general weighted average.
    3. Board Rating Certificate (if the Bachelor’s degree taken is a board program)
    4. Original and photocopy of NMAT result
    5. Original copy of PSA Birth Certificate
    6. Two (2) letters of recommendation from the former Dean, professor, or other government agencies (LGUs, etc.)
    7. Submission of an accomplished health clearance report including:
      Complete immunization report (MMR, dT, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A)
    8. Chest x-ray
    9. Urinalysis
    10. Certificate of physical fitness, to be issued by the physicians from the BatStateU College of Medicine Admissions Committee
    11. Passed psychological examination and personal interview.

 

Admission Procedure:
    1. Submit all the requirements to the Testing and Admission Office
    2. Proceed to College of Medicine for evaluation
    3. Secure test schedule at the Testing and Admission Office
    4. Take the test on the schedule indicated in the test permit
    5. Proceed to the College of Medicine for a personal interview
    6. Receive the admission result at the Testing and Admission Office
